How it works

Real prices, published rates, arithmetic you can check.

There are two ways to use the platform and they share one balance and one ledger. Here is exactly what each one does with your money.

Investment plans

You commit an amount to a fixed term at a rate that was published before you chose it. The amount moves out of your available balance and into the plan. Earnings are credited on the plan's schedule — daily, weekly, monthly, or once at the end — and your original amount returns at maturity if the plan said it would.

Nothing about a plan changes after you take it up. The rate, the term and the schedule are copied onto your holding at the moment you commit, so a later edit to what is on offer cannot rewrite what you agreed to.

Trading yourself

You place market or limit orders on live crypto prices, long or short. Opening a position takes its full value out of your balance and holds it against the position. Closing gives that back, plus or minus what the trade made.

Your result comes from the difference between your average entry and the price you closed at, multiplied by the size you held. Nobody sets that number. It falls out of the prices and the orders you placed.

Where the prices come from

A scheduled job asks a public market data feed for the current price of every market on the platform and stores it, every five minutes. Each refresh is also saved as a snapshot, which is what builds the price history behind the charts.

If a price is older than thirty minutes when you try to trade against it, the platform refreshes it first rather than filling you at a stale number. A market the feed has never reached shows a dash rather than a zero, because zero is not a price and showing one would be a lie about what we know.

Funding your account

You send crypto to the address shown on your deposit screen and record the transfer. That creates a request marked pending. Nothing is credited at that moment. Our team reviews it, and on approval the amount is posted to your ledger with the name of whoever approved it.

Withdrawals work the same way in reverse: you request, we review, and the movement is recorded. A withdrawal cannot exceed your available balance, and capital sitting inside an open plan or position is not available until it comes back.

How an order fills

A market order fills straight away at the current price. A limit order is stored and left alone until the market reaches the price you asked for, checked on every scheduled run. You can cancel a resting order at any time.

Adding to a position moves your average entry. Closing part of it realises only the part you closed. Selling more than you hold closes the position and opens the opposite one at the new price.

Signals

Our desk publishes calls with a direction, an entry, a target and a stop, along with the reasoning. A signal is guidance and nothing more: publishing one places no order and moves no balance. If you want to act on a call you place the order yourself, in whatever size suits you.

Every call is settled publicly with its actual result, including the ones that went the wrong way. A hit rate that quietly drops its losers is not a hit rate.

Your ledger

Every movement of cash is one row: what caused it, how much, and the balance it left behind. Committing to a plan, each payout it makes, a trading fee, capital credited by our team, a referral commission — all of them separate entries.

This is the part worth understanding, because it is what lets you check us. Add up every row in your ledger and the total is your balance. If those two ever disagreed, something would be wrong, and you would be able to see it without asking anyone.

What an administrator can and cannot do

Our team can approve your identity, approve funding, credit or debit your balance, move you between tiers, and publish signals. Every balance movement they make writes a ledger entry carrying their name and their reason, and notifies you.

What they cannot do is move a balance without leaving that trail. There is no screen anywhere in the software that edits a figure quietly, because the code has no path to do it. That is the single constraint everything else is built on.
