Getting started
How do I open an account?
Register with your name, email and a password. Confirm your email address, then complete the identity check. Once approved, your dashboard opens and you can fund the account.
Why do you need identity documents?
To verify that an account belongs to the person using it, and to keep the platform from being used under someone else's name. Documents are stored outside the web root, readable only through an authenticated route, and never listed publicly.
What does an account cost?
Nothing to open and nothing to hold. We charge a trading fee on executions and a processing fee on withdrawals, both stated before you act and both itemised in your ledger.
Money in and out
How do I deposit?
Send crypto to the address shown on your deposit screen, then record the transfer. Your request sits pending until our team reviews it, at which point the amount is credited to your balance and written to your ledger.
Why is my deposit still pending?
Every deposit is reviewed by a person before it is credited. Adding the transaction hash when you record the transfer makes that review faster, because it can be matched directly.
How do I withdraw?
Request it from your wallet screen, to a crypto address or a bank account. It is reviewed the same way a deposit is. You can withdraw your available balance; capital inside an open plan or position is not available until it comes back.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes, at any point before it has been settled. Cancelling changes nothing about your balance, because nothing moved when you submitted it.
Plans
When do I get paid?
On the plan's schedule: daily, weekly, monthly, or once at maturity, depending on which plan you chose. Each payout is credited to your balance and appears in your ledger as its own entry.
Do I get my original amount back?
On every plan that says it returns the principal, yes, at the end of the term. The plan states this before you commit and the answer is fixed at that moment.
Can you change a plan after I have taken it up?
No. Your rate, term and schedule are copied onto your holding when you commit. Editing what is on offer changes what new investors see and cannot touch an existing holding.
Can I get out early?
Yes. Cancelling returns your committed amount to your balance and stops further payouts. Anything already paid to you stays paid.
Trading
Are the prices real?
Yes. Prices come from a public market data feed and refresh every five minutes. Each refresh is time-stamped, and a market the feed has not reached shows a dash rather than a zero.
Can I go short?
Yes. Selling a market you do not hold opens a short position, which gains when the price falls. Long and short are handled identically by the engine.
What is a signal?
A call published by our desk with a direction, entry, target, stop and reasoning. It is guidance only. Publishing one places no order and moves no balance; if you want to act on it you place the order yourself.
Do you show the signals that lost?
Yes. Every call is settled with its actual result and stays in the published record. The hit rate on your signals page counts the losses.
Your account
Can your team change my balance?
They can credit or debit it, which is necessary for approving funding and correcting errors. What they cannot do is change it quietly: every movement writes a ledger entry carrying their name and their reason, and you are notified. There is no screen in the software that edits a figure without that trail.
How do I check my account is right?
Add up every row in your cash ledger. The total is your balance. They are written in the same database transaction, so if they ever disagreed something would be wrong and you would be able to see it.
Is this investment advice?
No. Nothing on this platform is advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. The value of an investment can fall as well as rise.
Are you a regulated broker?
No. We are not a bank, a licensed broker or a regulated investment adviser, and we hold no exchange or investor-protection scheme memberships. We do not route your orders to an external venue.
